“Out of one of the double bed bedrooms you can see a field of sheep and it was very nice and they gave us milk in the fridge also the sauna was amazing and the heating is the best of the best”

“We’ve had such a wonderful stay in Willow Lodge. We will 100% be back. The lodge is immaculate, with lots of items that seem brand new. We cannot fault the lodge at all, it was noticeably very clean when we arrived, we’ve been on lots of UK lodge holidays and have never stayed in such a well equipped and pristine lodge. It’s the perfect location, so peaceful with beautiful surroundings, lots of grass areas to play. We loved the cow and sheep neighbours. The garden is well maintained - the grass was mowed twice in the week we were there! Really comfy beds and lovely bedding. We had a minor issue with the hot tub towards the end of our week and someone came to sort it straight away which was really appreciated. The wifi is a bit slow but it just meant we used devices less and relaxed which was perfect! It was so handy having a washing machine in the lodge. There is plenty of clothing storage in all 3 bedrooms. Another highlight for our children was the RAF Airbus Atlas that occasionally flies over very low! We had such a memorable holiday at Willow Lodge.”

“To help the vendor and future holiday makers I will give an honest review This is the second time I have booked there Lodges From booking to arrival the communication from Elm Escapes was excellent, any issues were resolved prior to arrival. emails are replied to within 24 hours The Lodge itself was clean and tidy but because of the time of year ( December ) it was very cold and took some time to warm up with us putting all heating appliances on maximum to get to the desired heat ( maybe put heating on timer or thermostat would help ) The sauna and hot tub are great, but I think having to pay on top for the sauna, even though it was only £1.00 is not acceptable as you pay a premium when booking for these services. If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet break then this is the perfect destination, ideally for walkers or cyclists. I would recommend Elm Escapes The Local pub is a 5-10 minute walk with the village of Knighton on a 15 minutes drive with shops and eateries ( Pubs ) Winter or Summer this is a great location to get away from City life and more. Only thing I would suggest to Elm Escapes due to locality of shops, is that they supply basic items such as Toilet Roll, Hairdryer, and larger towels. Look forward to visiting again”

“I took 5 friends to Elm Escapes and we all had a fantastic time ! The cottage was very clean, well equipped with everything you needed, loads of fresh towels, we didn’t need to ring/contact anyone for anything extra. The hot tub and sauna are amazing touches to the lodge and the kitchen was very well equipped! Overall an amazing stay - couldn’t say anything negative about the experience!”
